INGREDIENTS:-
Warm milk - 50 milliliters
Milk - 1 litres
Sugar - 30 grams
Almonds - 25 grams
Cashews - 25 grams
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 500 millilitres
Saffron - 10-12 threads
Pistachios - for garnishing
Milk powder - 100 grams
Bread slices
METHOD:-
* Take a heavy skillet add 1 litre milk and stir well.
* Bring it to a boil.
* Then add 30 grams sugar, 25 grams almonds, 25 grams cashew and mix it well.
* Do stir and scape often so that the milk does not get browned or brunt from the bottom as well as the side.
* It will take about 1 hour for the milk to thicken on a low heat.
* Remove it from heat and keep aside.
* Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a another heavy skillet, add 500 millilitres milk, 100 grams milk powder and mix it well.
* Bring it to a boil.
* Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
* Remove it from heat and keep aside.
* In a bowl add 50 milliliters warm milk, 10-12 saffron threads and mix it well.
* Soak for 10 minutes.
* Take a bread slice and cut in sides.
* Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
* Place the prepared khoa on it.
* Roll it tightly.
* Pour the prepared Malai milk and saffron milk over it.
* Garnish with pistachios.
* Serve.
