INGREDIENTS:-
Oil - 25 Milliliters
Garlic - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
Onions - 65 Grams
Carrots - 100 Grams
Bell Pepper - 130 Grams
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
Red chiili Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Ketchup - 25 Grams
Green Chilli Sauce - 2 Tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
Boiled Mashed Potatoes - 600 Grams
All Purpose Flour - 60 Grams
Corn Flour - 30 Grams
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
Water - 150 milliliters
Boiled Noodles - 300 Grams
Corn Flour - 30 Grams
Bread Crumbs - 80 Grams
Coriender - 2 Tablespoon
Bread Crumbs - For Garnishing
Oil - For Frying
METHOD:-
* Heat 25 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.
* Then, add 65 grams onion and fry till translucent.
* Now add 100 grams carrots, 130 grams bell peppers and mix it well.
* Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
* Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 25 grams ketchup, 2 tablespoon green chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix it well.
* Add 600 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
* Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
* Remove it from heat.
* In a bowl, add 60 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 150 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick better.
* Take the potato mixture add 300 grams boiled noodles, 30 grams corn flour, 80 grams bread crumbs, 2 tablespoon coriender and mix it well.
* Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
* Dip it in all purpose flour mixture.
* Then roll it in bread crumbs properly.
* Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
* Drain it on ab absorbent paper.
* Serve hot.
