INGREDIENTS:- (FOR DOUGH)
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 200 Grams
Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Water - 100 Milliliters (for paneer tikka)
Paneer - 170 Grams
Tandoori masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice - 20 Milliliters
Fresh cream - 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Oil - 1 Teaspoon (for chilli garlic chutney)
Dry red chilli - 15 Grams
Hot water - 500 Milliliters
Garlic cloves - 8 Grams
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Water - 50 Milliliters
PREPARATION:- (FOR DOUGH)
* In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 Teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon oil and mix it well.
* Add 100 milliliters water and kneed it into a smooth soft dough.
* Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
(FOR PANEER TIKKA)
* Take 170 grams paneer and cut into pieces.
* Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala, 1/2 teaspoon chat masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 20 milliliters lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh cream,2 teaspoon oil and mix it well.
* Marinate for 20 minutes.
* Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add tha marinated paneer and mix it well.
* Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
* Remove it from heat and cool for about 10 minutes.
(FOR MOMOS)
* Take a ball from dough and flattern it with the help of a rolling pin.
* Place the prepared stuffing in centre.
* Fold the edges to make a circle and start pleating to give a nice shape.
* Place it on a steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes.
* Remove it from steamer and keep aside.
(FOR CHILLI GARLIC CHUTNEY)
* In a bowl, add 15 grams dry red chilli, 500 milliliters hot water and soak for 1 hour.
* In a blender, add soaked dry red chillies, 8 grams garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, 50 milliliters water and blend it into a smooth paste.
* Serve with prepared momos.
